• Personal Data: Email address, First name and Last name (for account creation).
• Vault Content: Screenshots, receipts, PDFs, and financial documents you upload for analysis.
• Payment Data: We do NOT store your card details. Transactions are processed by Flutterwave/Paystack.

2. How We Use Artificial Intelligence (AI)

This is the core of our service. Here is exactly how your data interacts with AI:

• Transient Processing: When you upload an image, it is sent securely to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely for the purpose of extracting text (OCR) and context (e.g., "This is a school fee payment").
• No Training: We use Enterprise APIs which ensure that your private financial data is NOT used to train public AI models (like ChatGPT). Your data remains yours.

3. Data Security (AES-256)

The security of your data is important to us. We use:

• Encryption at Rest: Your files are encrypted using AES-256 (Advanced Encryption Standard) before being stored in our cloud vault.
• Encryption in Transit: All data transferred between your device and our servers is protected via SSL/TLS.

However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), providing the Service on our behalf:

• Payment Processing: Flutterwave / Paystack.
• AI Analysis: OpenAI API.
• Cloud Storage: Cloudflare R2 / AWS S3.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

5. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. You can delete specific files from your Vault at any time, and they will be permanently erased from our servers immediately.

6. Your Rights (NDPR)

If you are a resident of Nigeria or the EU, you have certain data protection rights:

• The right to access: You can request copies of your personal data.
• The right to deletion: You can request that we delete your account and all associated data.
• The right to rectification: You can request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
